(the “Site”) is owned and operated by Lease Sniper, located at 6703 Rue Saint Jacques, Montréal, QC
(the “Company”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site.
BY USING THIS SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE,DO NOT USE THE SITE.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Site.

1. Access to the Site

Subject to these Terms, Company grants you a limited, non transferable, non exclusive, revocable
license to access the Site solely for your personal, non commercial use. You may not:

  • Sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, or distribute the Site or its content
  • Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Site
  • Access the Site to build a similar or competing website or service
  • Copy, reproduce, or transmit any part of the Site without prior written consent

Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice.

2. SMS or Text Message Communications (A2P Compliance)

Opt In Consent. By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS or MMS messages from Lease Sniper, including service updates, appointment reminders, and promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply.

Message Frequency. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your activity and preferences.

Opt Out. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. A confirmation message will be sent. To re subscribe reply START.

Help. Reply HELP or contact info@leasesniper.ca.

No Sharing. Your phone number and SMS consent will not be sold, shared, or leased to third parties for marketing.

SMS communications are sent through a registered 10DLC campaign in compliance with CTIA guidelines, carrier policies, and applicable law.

3. Advertising — Meta and Google Platforms

We may advertise our services on Meta and Google. By using this Site you acknowledge that:

  • We use tracking technologies to measure advertising performance
  • These platforms may use your data to show ads, create custom audiences, or build lookalike audiences
  • We follow Meta Advertising Policies and Google Advertising Policies
  • You can manage your ad preferences through Meta Ad Preferences and Google Ad Settings

We do not use collected data for fraudulent, deceptive, or discriminatory advertising.

4. User Content

You are responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Company a non exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it as part of Site operations. You represent that you have the rights to all content you provide.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Site are owned by Company or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the Site or its content.

6. Third Party Links and Services

The Site may contain third party links or ads. Company is not responsible for third party content, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of third party services is at your own risk.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE BASIS. COMPANY AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL
WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
COMPANY DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD 50).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Company from claims arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of third party rights.

10. Termination

Company may terminate access at any time. Sections 5 to 13 survive termination.

11. Copyright Policy

If you believe content infringes your copyright, send notice to info@leasesniper.ca including:

  • Your signature
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • Identification of infringing content and its location
  • Your contact details
  • A good faith statement that the use is unauthorized
  • A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.

13. Changes to These Terms

Terms may be updated at any time. Material changes will be communicated. Continued use of the Site means acceptance of updated Terms.
